Promoting Health & Wellbeing

We are planning to conduct weekly blood pressure awareness sessions as part of our current community programs, such as Hot Meals, Food Club, and Parent Support Club. Each session will feature:

• Immediate blood pressure checks performed by trained staff and volunteers using approved monitors.

• Personalized advice on healthy living (including diet, exercise, and stress management) tailored to cultural and community preferences.

• Guidance and referrals to GPs, NHS health checks, and community health services as needed.

• Nutrition and wellbeing workshops, co-facilitated with local health partners.
