About the event
All meals provided as part of this project should be nutritionally balanced and meet the basic guidelines as outlined in the Eat Well Guide, for example, meals that include fresh fruit or vegetables, a protein, higher fibre wholegrains, such as whole-wheat pasta or leave the skin on potatoes
